What is your returns policy?
If in the unlikely event you receive your poster and are unhappy with it for any reason, please notify us by email within 48 hours of receiving your poster. We will then organize with our couriers to collect the poster from you and once we receive it back, provided it is in its original condition we will happily either exchange it for a different product or refund you the full amount

We make use of a variety of reliable couriers, depending on the size of your order. Most often it is The Courier Guy
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
All orders are processed within 24 hours. It will take 2 to 4 business days for your order to arrive at your door anywhere in South Africa. If you stay in Cape Town your order should arrive the next day!
Can I purchase your posters internationally?
Yes, you can purchase our posters from anywhere in the world! Regardless of the size of your order and where you are ordering from the cost for international shipping is a flat rate of R550
Are the posters packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping?
Yes! We take the utmost care in packaging your poster beautifully and securely in a solid cardboard tube to prevent any damage during shipping. We pride ourselves in our beautiful packaging, making a Wilderness Walls poster the perfect gift

What paper do you use for the posters?
All Roam Travel Co posters are printed on a premium quality 200gsm matt silk paper. The paper is smooth and has a slight shine to it
What size options are available for your posters?
Our posters are available in three standard sizes of A4, A3, A2
Do you offer framing services for the posters?
Yes! And because of the amount of work we give our framers, we get excellent rates which we are able to pass on to you! We offer 3 options for frames
Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders or regular customers?
If you would like to place a bulk order please feel free to email us before you place your order and we will try our best to work out a better price for you based on the quantity of your order
Who we are
Matthew Bell
South Africa is my greatest passion. Since I was young, I have always had a deep love and appreciation for this country, and been captivated by its people, its spirit, and its beauty. Perhaps I am biased but I honestly believe there is no better place in the world!
Being such a proud South African I also have a great desire to show South Africa off, and that is my goal with Roam Travel Poster Co.
We work with a phenomenal illustrator, and together, in our unique style, bring our Roam travel posters to life. It is an intricate process from idea, to planning, to design and creation, and then a ton of fine tuning to ensure our posters end up just the way we want them.
We have been blown away by the response to our travel posters and by the sheer number of them we sell, both to locals and tourists and it gives me great delight knowing there are so many people out there who now share this love of South Africa with us through our Roam travel posters
