If payment has already been made, we will refund the full amount.

We do not store any credit card or payment information. 4.2 You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your payment details. We are not liable for any errors or unauthorized transactions resulting from incorrect payment information provided by you.

5. Shipping and Delivery 5.1 We offer shipping within South Africa and internationally. 5.2 We aim to deliver the posters within the specified timeframe, but we do not guarantee delivery dates. Any delay in delivery does not entitle you to cancel the order or claim compensation. 5.3 Ownership of the posters passes to you upon delivery. Risk of loss or damage to the posters passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds 6.1 We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. 6.2 We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or dislike of the product, unless it is a damaged or incorrect item.

7. Intellectual Property 7.1 All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and logos, displayed on our website and products are the property of Roam Poster Co. 7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability 8.1 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our website or the purchase and use of our products.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. 9.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

Payment information terms & conditions

1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
Roam Travel Poster Co. is a business in the art industry that sells posters of anything to do with nature 
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 to 2 days and delivery confirmed by way of email. We make use of the Pudo service by Courier Guy for most of our orders within South Africa and the cost is a flat rate of R50 to anywhere in South Africa
3. International shipping
We offer worldwide shipping and the cost of this is a flat rate of R550 to anywhere in the world
4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Roam Travel Poster Co. is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Roam Travel Poster Co. will refund the
client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will not attract any administration fee
5. Customer Privacy policy
Roam Travel Poster Co. shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal
information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Roam Travel Poster Co. via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the
website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Roam Travel Poster Co. separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site.

9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
South African Rand (ZAR).
10. Responsibility
Roam Travel Poster Co. takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website,
customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Roam Travel Poster Co. chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes
